Your Mission
Training & Enablement: Own and run the internal AI training programme — including onboarding sessions for new hires, department-specific workshops, and follow-ups with team leads to ensure sustained adoption.
Adoption Ownership: Serve as the named internal owner for AI adoption post-consulting engagement (from mid-July), acting as the primary point of contact for department questions, blockers, and escalations.
Data Governance: Maintain and iterate on the data governance framework as new tools and use cases emerge, ensuring it stays current, practical, and aligned with company policy.
Internal Communications & Culture: Lead internal AI communications and drive the mindset shift needed for meaningful adoption across the organisation.
Department-Specific Enablement: Partner with team leads across CS, Partner Management, Risk, Finance, Sales, and Product to develop tailored Claude Teams skills and prompt libraries for each function.
Discovery & Opportunity Pipeline: Run ongoing discovery for new AI and automation opportunities and feed prioritised use cases into the Applied AI Lead's build queue.
Adoption Reporting: Track and report on adoption metrics — including usage, blockers, and wins — to inform priorities and demonstrate impact.
Policy Enforcement & Shadow AI: Enforce the no-private-AI-accounts policy and proactively monitor for shadow AI risks across the organisation.
