Your mission
We are looking for a Technical Lead for our Quality Control System Project, where you will be the architect and driving force behind a mission-critical piece of our clinical product platform. This isn't just about equipment; it’s about creating a seamless, automated bridge between various analytical tools and a microfluidic fluid path.

- Own the technical development of the QC system from concept to market readiness, converting research methods into a commercial product
- Lead the system architecture, integrating analytical instruments into a custom automated fluidic sampling and measurement system
- Serve as the primary technical interface to CDMO partners, managing deliverables and ensuring alignment with technical and quality requirements
- Ensure the system meets regulatory and quality standards in Pharma/Med-Tech environments
- Coordinate cross-functional technical work across disciplines (engineering, chemistry, physics) to deliver a cohesive system
- Solve complex integration challenges across hardware, fluidics, data interfaces, and analytical components
- Collaborate with CMC, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure the system meets pharmaceutical QC and validation requirements
Your profile
- Proven track record bringing complex industrial products to market in regulated sectors (Pharma, Biopharma, Med-Tech), from prototype to validated, market-ready systems
- Strong systems engineering background with ability to integrate hardware, fluidics, analytical technologies (e.g., NMR), and data interfaces
- Experience with fluid management systems (microfluidics, single-use assemblies) and analytical QC equipment
- Hands-on experience managing outsourced development/manufacturing with CDMOs
- Ability to technically lead complex projects across internal teams and external partners
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of pharmaceutical QC environments, including GMP and equipment qualification
- Familiarity with QC laboratory instruments (e.g., NMR, pH meters, related systems)
