Your Impact

autarc is building the operating system for energy installers across Europe. As we scale, we want our Go-to-Market organization to operate with the same level of automation, data quality, and product thinking as our engineering team - and you'll help build it.

You won’t inherit a finished system. You'll work directly with our founders and GTM leadership and ship solutions the team uses right away. 

No endless strategy decks. Find the bottleneck. Build the solution. Measure whether it worked. Improve it.

What you'll do:

• Work on our GTM operating system: Build the systems and internal tools behind our customer lifecycle, from first lead to closed deal and expansion.
• Automate the revenue engine: Turn fragmented processes into scalable systems and automate repetitive work across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, e.g. lead enrichment, routing, follow-ups and onboarding.
• Connect our GTM stack: Ensure data flows reliably between systems
• Build AI-powered workflows: That help us qualify and prioritize leads, analyze calls and customer interactions, identify opportunities and risks – and turn quick experiments with new models and tools into reliable internal products
• Implement what you design: whether that's in Python or TypeScript, with n8n and APIs, or together with our engineers
• Drive measurable commercial impact: Own the highest-leverage problems from idea to measurable impact on pipeline, conversion and retention. Technology is the means, not the goal.

What you bring

• You're a builder: When you see a broken process, you want to fix it
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or Typescript
• Experience building automations and integrations, e.g. with n8n, APIs, webhooks, and databases
• Interest in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and in how SaaS companies generate revenue 
• You can turn a vague business problem into a working solution and are comfortable shipping a first version fast
• Fluent English - German or other languages are a plus
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, Intercom or PostHog
• You've built internal tools, AI agents or automated outbound workflows before
• First experience in a fast-moving start-up
