Full-time

Your mission

As an Junior AI GTM Engineer at mama health, you will build and own the internal AI tools that power our commercial team. Your mission is to simplify, automate and reinvent how our sales organisation operates. You will:
  • Own and optimize our commercial tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Lemlist and other GTM tools), ensuring they are used effectively and continuously improved.
  • Build AI-powered internal tools that eliminate manual work and make our commercial team dramatically more productive.
  • Design and develop lightweight internal applications, including our long-term vision of replacing traditional CRM software with custom-built solutions.
  • Partner closely with the commercial team to understand pain points, gather feedback and rapidly turn ideas into practical AI solutions.
  • Drive adoption of the tools you build through training, iteration and continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Build instead of buying: Help us replace expensive, generic SaaS tools with AI-powered solutions built specifically for our business.
  • Real ownership: You'll have the freedom to identify problems, build solutions and see your work used every day by the commercial team.
  • Work at the intersection of AI and business: Build products that directly improve how our sales organisation operates and scales.
  • Fast learning: Join an AI-first startup where experimentation, rapid iteration and continuous learning are encouraged.
  • High impact: Your work will shape the future of our commercial infrastructure and directly influence how we grow as a company.
  • Proof of building is essential: You have independently built an AI-powered application, automation or product you can show us through a link, private walkthrough or live demo. A side project, university project or self-initiated product all count.
  • AI-native builder mindset: You love creating things from scratch and are constantly experimenting with AI tools and new technologies.
  • Fast learner: Whether your background is Computer Science or something entirely different, you quickly learn new technologies and enjoy figuring things out independently.
  • Entrepreneurial problem solving: You move from an unclear problem to a practical solution, take ownership and know when a simple answer is better than a complex one.
  • Commercial understanding: You are curious about how sales teams operate and can translate their problems into useful systems, workflows and products.
  • Startup mentality: You're proactive, resourceful and thrive in fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership.
  • Berlin office commitment: You are able and excited to work from our Berlin office five days per week. This is a hard requirement.
