Junior AI GTM engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Own and optimize our commercial tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Lemlist and other GTM tools), ensuring they are used effectively and continuously improved.
• Build AI-powered internal tools that eliminate manual work and make our commercial team dramatically more productive.
• Design and develop lightweight internal applications, including our long-term vision of replacing traditional CRM software with custom-built solutions.
• Partner closely with the commercial team to understand pain points, gather feedback and rapidly turn ideas into practical AI solutions.
• Drive adoption of the tools you build through training, iteration and continuous improvement.

• Proof of building is essential: You have independently built an AI-powered application, automation or product you can show us through a link, private walkthrough or live demo. A side project, university project or self-initiated product all count.

• Fast learner: Whether your background is Computer Science or something entirely different, you quickly learn new technologies and enjoy figuring things out independently.
