Aignostics is a spin-off from one of Europe’s largest and most prestigious university hospitals (Charité), with employees in Berlin and New York. We have received over $55M in funding from leading investors and are a growing team of over 90 interdisciplinary professionals. We work with leading global life sciences companies as well as academic partners.
We believe that AI has the potential to revolutionize how cancer and other complex diseases are diagnosed and treated. Without access to high quality data and a scientifically rigorous, transparent approach to model development, AI is just a buzzword. That’s where we come in.
The roleWe're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our AI platform and interfaces — from graphical to programmatic to agentic. This person owns the upstream thinking: who our users are, what they're trying to do, and how the moments where they interact with Aignostics should work across the whole product suite.
This role is for someone who is AI-native, genuinely excited about reinventing how expert users work with AI, and just as comfortable shaping an integration strategy as a UI. You can communicate fluently with scientists and professional experts in complex settings, think in terms of business outcomes and go-to-market, and navigate the realities of shipping AI products.
What you will doProduct strategy and positioning. Define how users experience Aignostics across graphical, programmatic, and agentic surfaces — from problem discovery and rapid prototyping through to shipped, validated experiences, working closely with engineering, design, and science.
Be the voice of the customer. Build and run the feedback loops that tell us what's working and what isn't. Turn messy signal from pathologists, researchers, and biopharma teams into clear product direction and prioritization.
Invent new interfaces and integrations. Push us toward novel ways for expert users to work with our AI — new interaction models, agentic workflows, and integrations that fit into how our users actually operate.
Seasoned Product Manager on technical, expert-facing B2B products. You've owned products with agentic AI, and/or programmatic interfaces. You bring clarity to complex, information-dense products and workflows.
AI-native in how you work. You already use AI tools as a core part of your work — to prototype, research, and scale your output — and you have a point of view on where AI changes how products should be built.
A customer-first approach: You invest real time with users and go find the data and evidence needed to make the right calls.
Bias to action. You make good calls with incomplete information, know how to unblock yourself, and can judge when to ship and when to hold.
Communication and influence. You write clearly, turn ambiguity into direction, and align diverse stakeholders.
