Working Student - Data Privacy (m/f/d)

• Maintaining record schedule update and support the data deletion coordination
• Assisting with updating privacy notices
• Performing exit strategy reviews and testing
• Performing privacy related risk analysis
• Supporting with data breach logs and assessment
• Supporting periodic reviews of privacy risks and controls by preparing documentation and following up on actions
• Conducting legal and regulatory research on privacy and AI governance topics
• Providing administrative support for privacy and governance projects

• Student with focus on law, compliance, or a related field

• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with communicating with different stakeholders
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work independently with appropriate guidance
• Interested in privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance. An interest in AI governance would be an added advantage
• Verbal and written communications skills in English, German language skills are an advantage
