  • Own tracking & datasets: Run day-to-day product management, roadmap execution, backlog, requirements (epics/stories/AC/DoD) and success metrics (coverage, accuracy, freshness/latency, adoption, SLA/SLO).
  • Tracking & instrumentation (web/app): Maintain event taxonomy and measurement standards; create tracking specs; coordinate implementation and rollout; ensure validation/testing and controlled change management.
  • MarTech measurement alignment: Keep marketing and product analytics aligned on KPI/conversion definitions; coordinate with Growth/Marketing, Engineering, and Privacy/Legal to ensure compliant, consistent measurement.
  • Data engineering delivery: Coordinate curated datasets for dashboards, experimentation and analysis (sessionization, identity stitching, channel grouping, conversion modeling, semantic layers/metric standardization); maintain data contracts between tracking schemas and warehouse models.
  • Monitoring & incidents: Own observability (completeness, freshness, anomalies, schema drift); lead incident triage, communication, RCA/post-mortems; maintain runbooks.
  • Practical automation (incl. AI): Reduce manual work via automated QA, better documentation, anomaly/triage support, and stakeholder self-service—ensuring privacy, access controls, and auditability.
  • Ways of working & stakeholders: Lead cross-functional routines, unblock dependencies, and communicate proactively (progress, release notes, limitations, trade-offs).
As  our Technical Product Manager - Tracking Data (d/f/m) fixed term parental leave cover (1 year) , you ensure stable, high-quality measurement across the business—covering web/app tracking instrumentation, consent-aware data collection, transformation (ETL/ELT), and the delivery of analytics-ready datasets.
You sit at the intersection of Product, Analytics, Data Engineering, and MarTech—turning business needs into clear requirements, coordinating delivery, and keeping the end-to-end tracking and data pipeline reliable. Your focus is continuity, quality, and smooth execution, with incremental improvements where they add clear value.


Must-have
  • 5+ years in technical product management, analytics/data engineering, or digital analytics (ideally e-commerce/marketplace).
  • Strong knowledge of web/app measurement design and tracking implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data products and pipelines (ETL/ELT, transformation modeling) plus very good SQL.
  • Experience with modern analytics and data tooling (e.g., GA/Adobe, GTM incl. server-side, consent/CMP tooling, experimentation; dbt, Airflow/Dagster; BigQuery/Snowflake/Databricks).
  • Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple teams; strong ownership and communication.
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with data observability / quality frameworks.
  • Experience introducing AI productivity solutions responsibly.
